Compounded sterile preparations are non-returnable. Damaged-shipment claims and adverse-event reports are coordinated through Lotus Med Group.

Sterile compounded products are non-returnable

Per USP <797> and applicable state board regulations, compounded sterile preparations cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked once dispensed.

Damaged shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or with a temperature excursion, contact Lotus Med Group within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement.

Adverse events

Report any suspected adverse event to your prescribing practitioner immediately, and notify Lotus Med Group via the intake portal.
