Validated cold-chain shipping from a licensed 503A pharmacy, coordinated through Lotus Med Group. United States only.

Carriers + cutoff

Shipments are dispatched by the dispensing 503A pharmacy via FedEx or UPS overnight service, coordinated through Lotus Med Group. The order cutoff is 12:00 PM CT for same-day dispatch, subject to pharmacy verification.

Cold chain

All temperature-sensitive compounded preparations ship in validated cold-chain packaging with monitoring as appropriate to the product.

United States only. Shipping is restricted to states where the prescribing practitioner is licensed and where the dispensing pharmacy is registered.
